I started in 2014 running Google Ads for a security services company in Pune on a budget that would make most paid media managers laugh. No playbook. No agency. No team. Just a problem to solve, a number to hit, and a feedback loop. That operator mentality — obsessing over what actually moves the needle — has defined every role I've taken since.
Over 12 years across B2B SaaS, martech, salestech, and B2B media, I've led marketing at every stage of the journey: building from absolute zero, rebuilding functions that weren't working, and scaling engines that were already moving. My work spans the full stack of modern marketing leadership — category narrative, product marketing, demand generation, PLG and lifecycle, brand and analyst relations, martech and attribution, and team architecture.
At Clodura.AI, I joined as the first marketing hire and built the entire function — team, martech stack, GTM motion, and brand — from nothing. The result: 3.5× ARR growth, 40% CAC reduction, 2,500%+ organic traffic growth, a $500K AppSumo campaign, and a $2M+ pre-Series A fundraise I co-authored the GTM narrative for. At Machintel, I managed a 15-person global team across 30+ brands and built the Tableau attribution stack that became the reporting backbone for leadership reviews.
