A consultant hands you a report and leaves. A Fractional CMO is embedded in your team — attending leadership meetings, making decisions, owning OKRs, managing your team or agency, and being accountable to pipeline outcomes week over week. I don't give recommendations. I execute them.
Typically 10–15 hours per week per client depending on the engagement type. This includes a weekly CEO/leadership sync, active marketing management, and async availability for decisions. I take on a maximum of 3 clients at a time to ensure quality doesn't dilute. During the first 30 days, expect heavier involvement as we build the foundation.
Yes — I work with B2B SaaS companies across India, the US, and EU. All engagements are fully remote, and I'm comfortable working across IST, EST, and CET time zones. In my 12 years I've run campaigns for Indian, US, and European audiences, and led teams across multiple countries simultaneously.
I work best with B2B SaaS companies that have confirmed product-market fit and are ready to build or scale a marketing engine — typically $500K–$15M ARR (Seed to Series A/B). Pre-PMF companies are usually too early for what I do well. Very large organisations are typically better served by a full-time CMO.
Both — and that's the difference. I set strategy and then stay accountable for execution, either by doing it directly (for things like martech setup, content frameworks, or campaign architecture) or by leading your team and agencies to deliver. I've hired and managed 10+ person marketing teams, run six-figure paid budgets, and built martech stacks from scratch. The strategy without execution is just a slide deck.

Week 2–3: Diagnosis — I turn that into a prioritised roadmap with clear OKRs and quick wins. Week 4: Execution starts — either direct execution or team management kicks in.
